Okay, we all know that Buffy died twice- in Prophecy Girl and in The Gift. But didn't she technically die in Villians? Her heart stopped, and Xander mentioned that her dying wasn't funny anymore.
So, didn't Buffy technically die three times? |

| No, she didn't die in season 6. At the hospital after Willow orders the doctors and nurses to leave, Xander says: "Will, what are you doing? she's going to die!" and then Willow says: "No, she isn't". So she didn't die, Willow saved her before she dies. |

| Yeah, she technically died. Plus, Xander said, "You've got to stop doing this. This dying thing's funny once, maybe twice" talking to buffy, so she must have died. |

| Acually in Nightmares it specifcally stated that everything that was happening is VERY real. So yes technicaly she did die 4 times. There is an arguement for her dying in Wish though...alternate realities really shouldn't count. |

Everything that happened in Nightmares was reversed. Plus she didnt actually die, she was magically turned into a vampire, not by the normal means. She wasnt drained of blood and then drank someone elses blood. She continued to help the gang out even as a vampire so her soul didnt dissapear therefore not dead. Giles nightmare was the Buffy would die and the gravestone was the symbolic referance to that, not that she actually died. Buffy's nightmare was to be a vampire, not necesarily to die to become one. Nightmares are scattered, you dont see everything in them and you have many elpises, one second this is happening the next second you are somewhere else.
In conclusion, just because Buffy was a vampire it doesnt translate to her being dead |

But, like someone said earlier, why would alternate realities count? Since, in the Wish everything that happened didn't ACTUALLY happen, it was just what COULD of happened if things were different. |

| I have to disagree with you No power. By definition a vampire is dead. But as seen with Angel and Spike a vampire CAN have a soul. I still think that counts as a legit death. |

| if buffys death in villians counted it wuld of been mentioned cause joss wuld of done that and i think he knows more bout buffy den us derr and the death in the wish shuld not be counted coz the real characters didnt no of it in the real sunnydale |
